When the computer was invented in 1822 but it was not actually the computer then later on the first Scientific computer was made in 1991, It was too big. At that time, Computer was made for Massive companies, and it was used for special purposes only. With the passage of time, The need for computers increased, In 1973, Personal Computers were made. Personal Computers were created to fulfill the needs of normal people. It was made to do daily tasks and functions.

A PC is distributed into parts. Software and Hardware, Hardware is components that a user can touch and software is things that we can't see.

Motherboard: Motherboard is basically a Circut board, the components are injected into this Circut Board like CPU, Transistor, Capacitors, etc.
Power Supply: Like Motherboard, Power Supply is also a main Component of the Computer because without it circuit will not follow in the motherboard and the PC wouldn't turn on.
External Equipment: Some Components are used externally to operate a PC. Some Common external components are Mouse, Monitor, and Keyboard.

As I told you earlier, Software is a thing that we can't touch which means it's not a physical thing like hardware. Software is basically a digital program or set of code that is used to perform specific tasks. The software can be delivered in two ways. Locally and SaaS (Software as a Services) from Cloud. The important Software for a PC is Operating System. The operating system works with the help of hardware and software resources. Some popular Operating systems are Microsoft Windows, Linux, Unix, and Mac.
Software is also known as the Application of a Computer. After Hardware, Applications are the second most crucial Component of a PC.
Software help users perform specific tasks. Software is a piece of code that is made to perform specific tasks. This Software is made by using different programming languages. Some popular applications are EMail, SMS, Vlc, Chrome, and Microsoft Word.
